Ricardo Villas-Boas is the Head of Brand, Media and Marketing Communications for C&W Communications. Ricardo is responsible for our brand, media and marketing communications strategy, working closely with the B2B and B2C commercial functions. His knowledge of brand development, digital marketing, advertising, consumer insights and strategic planning, among other areas of marketing, have earned him a role as judge in prestigious international marketing events such as EFFIE LATAM and Global Brand Build Awards.
Prior to joining C&W in June of 2019, Ricardo worked with in Procter & Gamble throughout Europe and Latin America; Whirpool, where he held several positions including CMO for Latin America; and, most recently, BOLT Mobility, the “Uber” of electric scooters.
Originally from Portugal, Ricardo grew up in Brazil, where he majored in Business Management at UCP Catholic University. He continued his education at Stanford (Stanford Executive Program) and the Kellogg School of Management. He is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
